Halibut Fishing

Halibut Fishing

All halibut trips depart from Neah Bay marina and are available in May and June. Daily departure time is 5:45 AM sharp. Check in aboard the Advantage at 5:15 AM or the evening before.
U.S. Trips: Tuesday through Saturday in May. There is a 1 fish limit plus bottomfishing after the halibut limit is reached. License is required and is available on the boat. Cost - $210.00
Canadian Trips: 1 fish limit in May. 2 fish limit in June- Canadian license required. Passenger is responsible for obtaining a Canadian license issued in Canada and dated for scheduled fishing date. Cost - $210.00. On all trips, the customer is responsible for having a passport or one piece of picture ID plus a copy of their birth certificate.

Salmon Fishing

Salmon Fishing
All salmon trips depart from Westport float 12. Salmon season will be open June 1 and will run Sunday through Thursday until the quotas are met. The Bag Limit will be one Chinook per person through Thursday, June 26 and then two Salmon (1 of which may be a Chinook) unitl closure. Trips depart the dock at 6:00 AM sharp. Trips are scheduled for 8 hours unless limits are reached earlier. Check in approximately 30 to 45 minutes prior to departure. Fishing license required. Cost: $100 weekdays $125 weekends. Bait, gear, and tax is included.

Rental
We have a fully-furnished rental house in Westport available for our customers. It is located about 1 mile from the marina, and it is about 1/4 mile from the beach. There is a two night minimum stay required on the weekends. Call for pricing and availability.
Salmon & Bottomfish Combo

If you want the best of both Salmon and Bottomfishing in the same trip, then this is for you. This great trip gives you excitement of catching beautiful coho and chinook salmon as well as the red hot action of Westport-style bottomfishing. Fishing licence is required and can be purchased aboard the boat. Cost: $160 (combo trips offered weekdays only).

Albacore Tuna Fishing

Albacore Tuna Fishing

Tuna trips are scheduled for August and September and leave from float 12 in Westport. We use live anchovies for bait on all the trips. The trips are scheduled for 30-42 hours. These 2-day trips depart at 9:00 pm. We fish all day from daylight unitl dark, then return to port at night and fillet the tuna at the dock in the morning. Check in and boat orientation at 7:00 PM. Our boat takes up to 10 passengers. There is bunk space and fishing gear provided for all. Bring your own gear if you like. Each passenger is responsible to bring food and drink, sleeping bag and pillow. There is a microwave, stove, and oven onboard. There is no limit on tuna, and a license is required. Cost - $535.00 per person.

Bottom Fishing

Bottom Fishing
Bottomfishing trips depart from float 12 in Westport and are available April through September. Departure time 6:30 AM sharp unless otherwise specified. Please check in approximately 30 to 45 minutes before departure. Each person is allowed 10 rockfish and 2 ling cod. Trips are scheduled for 8 hours unless limits are reached earlier. This trip is a favorite of many because of the number of fish you are allowed to catch. These great eating white fish are commonly used for fish and chips. Rockfish are fileted for $6.00 per limit. Fishing licence is required and can be purchased aboard the boat. Cost: $100 Weekdays $100 weekends.

Whale Watching

If you have never seen a gray whale close up, you are missing out on a wonderful sight. The northern migration of the gray whales take them right past Westport. This is a very inexpensive trip, and it is well worth it. Trips take place in March and April. Check in and pay on the boat on float 12 in Westport. Daily departures for whale watching trips leave at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. The trip lasts about 2 1/2 hours and we guarantee that you will see whales. Cost - Adults $30; 12 & under $20.

Reservations are highly recommended for all trips. Space is limited. A deposit of 50% is required on all trips and can be secured by check or by credit card at the time of reservation. Deposits are non-refundable 21 days prior to departure day. If space can be filled, the deposit will be refunded.

Regarding credit cards: The prices quoted above are discounted cash prices. Credit card prices are an additional 3.4% after sales tax. We encourage cash. Prices are subject to change without notice. Call for details.
